About

Ohmotif comes from Ohm — the name people have called me since I was a kid, which also happens to be the SI unit of electrical resistance (Ω) — joined with Motif, an element that recurs until it becomes a signature.

The two words overlap exactly on the M: one letter closes the first and opens the second. Nothing is used once and discarded, which is how I try to work.

I build systems that people use every day — from the back office of a family business to sites that carry real customers. That work taught me that small details repeated consistently matter more than big ideas done once.

This is where I keep those motifs: as work, as writing, and as things you can buy and use straight away.
